The ELD Performance AR-15 9mm 16" HBar 4150 CMV Nitride 1-10T Barrel is a top-quality barrel designed for AR-15 rifles chambered in 9mm. Made from high-strength and durable 4150 CMV steel, this barrel features a nitride finish that enhances its corrosion resistance and durability, making it an excellent choice for use in harsh environments.
With a 1-10 twist rate, this barrel offers accurate and consistent performance, allowing for precise shots at greater distances. The HBar profile of the barrel adds rigidity, reducing barrel whip and improving accuracy. At 16" in length, the barrel strikes the perfect balance between maneuverability and velocity, making it suitable for both tactical and recreational shooting.
As a rifle-length barrel with a thread pitch of 1/2x36, it is compatible with a range of 9mm AR-15 upper receivers, allowing for easy customization and flexibility in your builds. This barrel is perfect for training or your next Pistol Caliber Carbine build. The 4150 CrMoV steel used in the barrel's construction is the official mil-spec gun steel developed by Colt Firearms for the military-issued M16 and M4, making it highly reliable and durable.
The Nitride finish adds a gloss black texture to the barrel, improving its resistance and strength. With its excellent construction, reliable performance, and overall value, the ELD Performance AR-15 9mm 16" HBar 4150 CMV Nitride 1-10T Barrel is an excellent choice for those building a new AR-15 from scratch or upgrading an existing one.
9MM Nitride Bolt Carrier Group - Accepts Glock and Colt Mags (External Extractor)
An AR-15 9mm bolt carrier group is the critical piece of a pistol caliber upper receiver that houses many important parts such as the firing pin, pistol gas key, cam pin, extractor, and bolt. With all these pieces working together the BCG can grab and feed another round out of a detachable magazine, chambers, and is ready to fire and extract a spent cartridge. During the extraction of a cartridge, the BCG works to absorb the force of the explosion by expanding gas in the carrier. During this process, the gas pushes the spent cartridge rearward with enough inertial force to send the Bolt Carrier Group back into the buffer tube which helps to minimize the recoil of your gun when firing and the cycle will repeat for subsequent shots. For 9mm bolt carriers, the bolt head is flat and is critical in creating a seal on the blow-back design of AR-15 9mm Pistol Caliber Carbines.
About this BCG: This BCG is an AR-15 compatible design, allowing use with 9mm Luger (9x19) cartridges. The 9mm AR-15 bolt carrier is also machined from 8620 Alloy Steel and is completed with a Nitride finish. This BCG comes with the ability to be full-auto compatible. MPI testing has also been done to ensure that there are no structural flaws to this BCG.
Caliber Compatibility: 9mm Luger (9x19) - This BCG is designed for the 9mm caliber. The most common pistol cartridge in the United States.
Finish: Nitride - Nitriding is a process during manufacturing that diffuses nitrogen into the steel to make a case-hardened surface for improved resistance and strength. A Nitrided BCG typically has a gloss black texture. Nitrided Bolt Carriers have increased resistance from heat, and corrosion.
Material: 8620 Alloy Steel - Body - 8620 Steel is a carburized alloy steel meaning carbon was added to increase hardness of the steel. 8620 is known for its high case toughness and high core toughness. Made mostly of nickel concentrate, this steel can easily withstand the firing stress of the BCG under operation.
Gas System: Direct Blow Black - Pistol Caliber Carbine AR-15 rifles do not tap off gas from the barrel and work in a direct blowback configuration, therefore the gask key is installed to index alongside the charging handle to allow manual operation of the platform.

KAK Industries AR-15 9MM Carbine Buffer
This 9mm buffer is designed to be used on new or converted AR-15 shooting 9mm. Depending on a number of factors including barrel length, a heavier buffer may work much better than the standard 3 oz buffer. It is also used to reduce cycle rate of the AR-15 and felt recoil. This is a 5.4 ounce filled buffer to facilitate correct timing, cycling and firing of 9 mm and 9 mm +P loaded ammunition.
Many 9mm AR-15's need a 5.4-5.8 oz buffer weight of buffer to cycle properly.
While designed specifically for the 9mm, they can be used to slow the cyclic rate of full automatic M-16 rifles/M4. This Buffer is made In the USA by KAK Industries and they are each quality inspected.
9mm Flash Hider A2 Bird Cage 1/2-36
Picking the right muzzle device for your build is usually one of the last things to consider for a 9mm AR-15, however, you will be able to take the already easily manageable 9mm cartridge and make it even greater to wield with a muzzle device, allowing for faster follow up shots, reducing the recoil further, or extra flash hiding capabilities. Or even all three at once! Competitors who shoot in competition with Pistol Caliber Carbines love 9mm for its controllability, and even you can use a Muzzle Device with your next 9mm build to make it even better!
About This Muzzle Device: Flash Hider - A flash hider is exactly what it sounds like. This muzzle device is designed to hide the flash of your rifle. While modern day ARs and ammo are designed to burn as much gunpowder as possible, it doesn't always happen that way. Sometimes, there is remaining powder burnt causing the visible flash out of the end of your weapon. A good flash hider, although not able to completely remove the flash effect. Can significantly remove the flash from the end of your barrel.
Threading: 1/2x36 is the most common thread type for 9mm muzzle devices, flash hiders, compensators, and muzzle brakes are made to match these threadings.
Finish: Manganese Phosphate - Manganese Phosphate finishes are used on barrels to protect against corrosion and wear. Manganese Phosphate finish is considered for its toughness, and is used in multiple different applications such as aerospace, ordnance, and other firearms-related parts.
